500kN Capacity | For Long-Term Concrete Creep Testing
The XBJ-500 Concrete Creep Testing Rig is a high-performance solution designed for precise compressive creep testing of concrete specimens. Engineered for both long-term (over 10,000 hours) and short-term creep evaluations, this machine provides reliable testing of concrete cylinders and cuboid samples under constant uniaxial load in a stable, humidity-free environment.
Capable of testing up to five stacked specimens (100mm diameter × 200mm height), the XBJ-500 is ideal for laboratories and civil engineering facilities involved in structural material research and durability assessment.
Key Features
-
Accurate Load Control: Utilises a hydraulic jack with low-friction seals and a precision pressure transducer for stable, repeatable loading.
-
Automated Load Regulation: Integrated control system maintains the applied load within ±1% by automatically adjusting the oil supply when deviation is detected.
-
Flexible Monitoring Options: Optional 10-channel strain measurement system enables real-time deformation tracking on opposite sides (180° apart) of each specimen using bonded strain gauges or dual-sensor extensometers.
