CC-40 Wood Chip Classifier
Accurate, Reproducible Chip Size Analysis for Pulp and Paper Industries
The CC-40 Wood Chip Classifier is engineered for rapid and repeatable classification of wood chips by size, supporting chip quality optimisation and pulp screening performance. Built on a heavy-duty metal frame, the CC-40 offers reliable performance and complies with major international standards, including TAPPI UM 21, SCAN CM 40, and SCAN CM 47.
Key Features
-
Robust Construction
Durable metal frame with integrated motor, timer, and control panel for long-lasting performance in industrial environments. -
Efficient Operation
The tray stack is mounted on a mobile base plate driven by a powerful motor. The system delivers a 120 mm stroke at 160 cycles per minute, ensuring effective separation by size. -
Simple Sorting Process
Load dried chips into the top tray using the included basket tray, then start the cycle. The eccentric drive shakes the trays to sort chips by size, from coarse to fine. After the set time, the system stops automatically for easy removal and weighing of fractions. -
Quick Clamping System
Sieve trays are stacked and securely clamped with a fast-locking mechanism for quick setup and teardown.
