The GF-1600H Fully Automatic Spout Sealing Machine is specifically designed for the automatic casing and heat sealing of spouts on various pouches, accommodating diverse diameters, lengths, and types. This machine is the preferred choice for self-supporting pouches with suction nozzles, particularly in applications involving chemical products like laundry liquid and skin care items. It can be customised to seamlessly integrate with filling production lines.

Test Principle The spouts are fed through the hopper and vibrating tray to the ready position, then pushed to hang on the spout bracket and rotate with the disc to the pouch processing station. After flipping the pouch, it is placed on the pouch fixture directly above the spout holder, moved to the heat-sealing station, and subjected to heat-sealing treatment with the front and rear heat-sealing knives. Successfully sealed pouches are then pushed to the storage section, while untreated waste bags are automatically removed at the waste bag rejection port as the turntable moves.
