The hydraulic jaws system is designed to be V-shaped or other shapes, depending on the testing requirements. The system includes a remote control for easy and precise positioning of the samples, making testing operations quiet, efficient, and time-saving for operators.
Our servo hydraulic materials testing system is equipped with SSI-type position sensors located inside the piston with a 1µm resolution for precise control of position and elongation. Load cells used in our system are of class %±0.5 and the electronic control unit has a resolution of ± 180,000 steps, providing a step ahead of the ISO-7500-1 standard and ensuring a class ±0.5 guarantee.
