The Y310L Oxygen Permeability Analyser, utilising the Coulometric Sensor Method, is meticulously crafted based on this method and complies with GB/T 19789 and ASTM D3985 standards. This cutting-edge instrument provides highly accurate and efficient measurements of the oxygen transmission rate for materials with high and medium barrier properties. Test Principle The Y310L Oxygen Permeability Analyser operates on the Coulometric Sensor Method. The preconditioned specimen is securely clamped in the test cell, with oxygen or air flowing on one side while a stream of high-purity nitrogen flows on the other. Oxygen molecules permeate through the specimen into the nitrogen side and are conveyed to the coulometric sensor. The sensor analyses the oxygen concentration, enabling the calculation of the oxygen transmission rate.
