The Y110 2.0 A2 Oxygen Permeability Analyser, employing the Coulometric Sensor Method, is meticulously crafted in accordance with standards such as GB/T 19789 and ASTM D3985. Featuring a high-precision imported oxygen sensor for elevated test accuracy, this analyser is well-suited for evaluating the oxygen permeability of films, sheets, papers, packages & related materials in industries spanning food, medicine, medical devices, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics. It delivers high-efficiency detection of oxygen transmission rates across a broad spectrum of high, medium, and low oxygen barrier materials.

Test Principle The Y110 2.0 Oxygen Transmission Rate Tester adopts the Coulometric Sensor Method. In this process, the pre-treated sample is securely positioned in the center of the test chamber. High-purity oxygen flows in the upper chamber of the film, while high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows in the lower chamber. Oxygen molecules diffuse through the film into nitrogen on the other side, carried to the sensor by the flowing nitrogen. The oxygen transmission rate is calculated by analysing the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor.
