Product Overview
The GBB-R2 Auto Melt Flow Indexer is designed to measure the Melt Flow Rate (MFR) and Melt Volume Rate (MVR) of thermoplastic materials. The instrument determines the amount of material that flows through a standard die under controlled temperature and load conditions over a defined period (typically 10 minutes).
This testing method evaluates the viscosity and processing characteristics of plastics and resins, making it an essential tool for quality control, material comparison, and research applications.
