InterTech’s MED75y Mass Flow Leak Detector ensures reliable integrity testing of medical fluid bags, from standard IV bags to large-volume chloride or liner bags. Our systems combine speed, precision, and full traceability to meet stringent medical and regulatory standards.

IV Fluid Bag Testing

  • Leak limit: 0.16 sccm at 10 psig

  • Test time: under 20 seconds per bag

  • Features:

    • MicroScale leak test sensor technology for high accuracy

    • Dual pressure regulators for fast prefill and fill cycles

    • Vacuum evacuation for safe bag deflation

Large-Volume Medical Bag Testing (up to 20 Liters)

  • Leak limit: 8.5 sccm at 6 psig

  • Cycle rate: 120 bags per hour (three independent stations at 40 bags/hour each)
