CSZ’s HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Testing) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) Time Compressor® chambers are designed to accelerate the identification of product design and manufacturing weaknesses. With extreme temperature and vibration capabilities, these chambers dramatically reduce testing time during both development and production, ensuring early detection of issues.

Advanced Performance & Efficiency

  • High Temperature Ramp Rates: With ramp rates exceeding 90°C/min (194°F/min), these chambers induce thermal stresses that accelerate failure modes, speeding up precipitation and shortening time to results.
  • Low LN2 & Power Consumption: By minimising liquid nitrogen and power usage, these chambers significantly reduce operating costs while maintaining high performance throughout the screening process.
  • Wide Vibration Range: The large dynamic shaker provides vibration levels from 1 to 90 GRMS. High GRMS levels enhance precipitation, while lower levels, with Modulated Excitation™, increase defect detection.
  • Quiet Operation: These chambers boast the lowest noise levels in the industry, less than 72 dBA at 30 GRMS, creating a more comfortable working environment.
