The Gas Permeability Analyser N530L operates on the differential pressure method and is meticulously crafted with reference to GB/T 1038, ISO 2556, and other standards. Featuring a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic differential pressure maintenance technology, it excels in test accuracy. Primarily designed for gas permeability tests in the realms of food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemicals, photovoltaic electronics, and more, it caters to a broad spectrum of high, medium, and low gas barrier materials, ensuring efficient gas transmission rate detection.

Test Principle The N530L gas permeability tester utilises the differential pressure method. Placing the processed sample between the upper and lower chambers, the entire gas circuit system is evacuated using a vacuum pump. Subsequently, an experimental gas at atmospheric pressure is introduced to the upper chamber, establishing a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. Guided by the pressure gradient, gas permeates from the upper cavity to the lower cavity through the film. The system then calculates barrier performance parameters, including the gas permeability of the sample, based on the pressure change in the lower cavity.
