The Gas Permeability Tester N530 2.0 operates based on the differential pressure method, meticulously designed with adherence to GB/T 1038, ISO 2556, and other standards. It incorporates a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic pressure difference maintenance technology, ensuring exceptional test accuracy. Suited for gas permeability testing in various fields, including food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemicals, and photovoltaic electronics, it delivers a comprehensive and efficient gas transmission rate test for high, medium, and low gas barrier materials.

Test Principle The N530 2.0 Gas Permeability Tester utilises the differential pressure method. The processed sample is placed between upper and lower chambers, the entire gas circuit system is evacuated using a vacuum pump, and an experimental gas at atmospheric pressure is introduced to the upper chamber. This establishes a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers, allowing gas to permeate through the membrane from the upper chamber to the lower chamber. The system then calculates barrier performance parameters, such as the gas permeability of the sample, based on the pressure change in the lower chamber.
