The N500L Gas Permeability Analyser operates on the principles of the differential pressure method, meticulously designed and manufactured with adherence to ASTM D1434, ISO 2556, and other standards. It incorporates a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic differential pressure maintaining technology, ensuring exceptional test accuracy. Test Principle The N500 gas permeability tester adopts the differential pressure method. It involves placing the processed sample between upper and lower chambers, evacuating the entire gas circuit system using a vacuum pump, and then introducing an atmospheric pressure experimental gas to the upper chamber. This creates a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers, allowing gas to permeate from the upper to the lower cavity through the film. The system calculates barrier performance parameters, including the gas permeability of the sample, based on the pressure change in the lower cavity.
