The Gas Permeability Analyser AUTO N56/1, utilising the Differential Pressure Method, is crafted based on the principles of the differential pressure testing method and adheres to standards such as GB/T 1038, ISO 2556, among others. It incorporates a high-precision pressure sensor and automatic pressure difference technology, ensuring superior testing accuracy. Tailored for applications in the fields of food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemistry, photovoltaic electronics, etc., it facilitates efficient gas permeability testing of films, sheets, papers, and related materials. The AUTO N56/1 provides extensive and high-efficiency gas transmission rate detection across a spectrum of high, medium, and low gas barrier materials.

Test Principle The AUTO N56/1 Gas Permeability Analyser operates on the principle of the differential pressure method. Placing the processed sample between upper and lower chambers, a vacuum pump evacuates the entire gas circuit system. Subsequently, an experimental gas with significant pressure is introduced to the upper chamber, establishing a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. As a result of the pressure gradient, gas permeates from the upper to the lower chamber through the sample. The system calculates the barrier performance parameters by monitoring the pressure changes in the lower chamber.
