The AUTO N50/1 Gas Permeability Analyser is developed based on the differential pressure testing method, adhering to design standards such as ISO 2556 and other relevant specifications. Utilising high-precision pressure sensors and automatic differential pressure technology, this analyser achieves exceptional testing accuracy. Its distinctive drawer-type diaphragm test chamber enhances operational convenience, making it well-suited for diverse applications in the fields of food, medicine, medical equipment, daily chemistry, photovoltaic electronics, and more, specifically for gas permeability testing of films, sheets, paper, and packaging materials across a wide range of gas barrier properties.

Test Principle The AUTO N50/1 gas permeability analyser employs the differential pressure testing method. The sample, processed and placed between upper and lower cavities, undergoes vacuumisation by a vacuum pump. Subsequently, an atmospheric pressure experimental gas is introduced to the upper cavity, creating a constant pressure difference. Through pressure gradient influence, gas permeates from the upper to the lower cavity, enabling the system to calculate gas transmittance and other barrier performance parameters.
