Using the proven Archimedean Buoyancy Method, the Explorer Pro accurately determines the density of liquids and the specific gravity of solid materials. A sample is weighed in air and then weighed while immersed in a liquid. The difference in weight, which corresponds to the displaced fluid volume, allows the density or specific gravity value to be automatically calculated.
Fast, Accurate Density Testing
Engineered for performance, the Explorer Pro provides rapid stabilisation times, achieving results up to 50% faster than standard analytical balances. Its advanced anti-vibration system improves weighing stability, even in challenging laboratory environments, helping users achieve reliable results with minimal delays.
The fully automatic internal calibration system maintains weighing accuracy to 0.1 mg, compensating for changes in ambient temperature and ensuring consistent performance throughout daily operation.
Intuitive Touchscreen Operation
A large 5.7-inch full-colour VGA touchscreen display provides simple icon-driven navigation and easy access to advanced application functions. The responsive resistive touchscreen allows operators to quickly configure tests, manage data and access built-in features using either touch input or the included stylus.
Four integrated touchless sensors enable hands-free operation, reducing contamination risks and improving workflow efficiency during routine testing.
