The versatile single-column electronic tensile tester, GBH-2, is an advanced mechanical property testing machine designed to meet the standards of GB, JIS, ASTM, DIN, and other industry requirements. The loading mechanism utilises high-precision ball screws, offering stable loading and an extended lifespan. It calculates material parameters, including breaking strength and elastic modulus, making it indispensable in industries such as medicine for physical property testing, teaching research, and quality control.
Test Principle The processed sample is fixed between two chucks in the fixture. The instrument initiates relative movement of the chucks, with the force value sensor on the movable chuck collecting force value changes during the test. Simultaneously, the built-in displacement sensor captures changes in displacement to calculate performance indicators such as tensile strength, tear resistance, and deformation rate of the sample.
