Eco Series 2 Instruments

The eco Series 2 leak detectors are low-cost, ultra-high-resolution pressure decay instruments designed for precise and efficient leak testing. Leveraging advanced 32-bit processing and proprietary algorithms with 28-bit A/D conversion, the eco Series 2 delivers accurate results across a wide range of pressures and part sizes.

Test Technology & Operation

The instrument uses an absolute pressure transducer connected directly to the test part. When the circuit is filled with air and isolated from the supply, any leak causes a pressure change proportional to the leak rate.

Using an absolute transducer eliminates the influence of barometric pressure fluctuations, ensuring stable and reliable measurements even in variable environments.

  • 2 – 35 kPa (0.0006 Pa resolution)

  • 10 – 200 kPa (0.0010 Pa resolution)

  • 20 – 800 kPa (0.0040 Pa resolution)

  • Optional high-pressure construction: 40 – 1380 kPa (0.0080 Pa resolution)

  • Optional programmable pressure regulator

    • Vacuum: -100 – -2 kPa (0.0006 Pa resolution)
