Device For Measuring The Hardness Of Thin Sheets NOVOTEST U1-TL
The U1-TL is a stand device designed specifically for measuring the hardness of thin sheets. It is utilised in conjunction with our hardness testers and can be paired with any UCI probes.
The purpose of this device is to address the challenge posed by the thin wall of the product during the indentation process. Due to its fragility, the thin wall tends to deform under the load of the UCI probe, resulting in insufficient impedance. To overcome this issue, the U1-TL device is employed to compensate for the deformation and ensure accurate hardness measurements.
