Overview
The LT-S0076 Automatic Soil Compactor – Advanced Type is designed for the automatic and uniform compaction of soil specimens for Proctor and CBR testing. The system delivers highly repeatable results while ensuring full compliance with international testing standards.
The machine operates by allowing the rammer to fall from a controlled height onto the soil specimen while the mould rotates, distributing compaction blows evenly across the sample surface. This automated process improves testing consistency, reduces operator influence, and increases laboratory productivity.
For 100 mm (4") moulds, the compactor operates on a single radius. For 150 mm (6") moulds, the machine automatically applies blows across both inner and outer radii, ensuring uniform compaction throughout the specimen.
