Automatic binder extraction system
is an analyser for the automatic washing out and decomposition of asphalt samples into the components aggregates, filler and bitumen using non-flammable solvents.
Closed cabinet design, mobile, floor designed as a collection tray, with supply and exhaust air connection DN 120, no separate extractor cabinet required (required exhaust air volume: 500 m3/h). Washing device for max. 6 sieves diam. 200 x 50 mm, motorized vibrator, cleaning device cover with pneumatic drive. Centrifuge for centrifugal sleeves diam. 120 mm, solvent re-distillation system with sampling tap.
Air circuit for drying the minerals washed out in the screens as well as the centrifugal sleeve and condensation of the solvent vapors and their return to the evaporator tank (closed solvent circuit). Controllable solvent preheating. Solvent filler coupling for SafeTainer system. Program sequence and monitoring of all relevant parameters (temperatures, cooling water flow, filling levels) as well as the locking via a PLC with digital control panel.
